West Virginia Transgender Sports Ban Overturned

With a 2-1 ruling the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overturned West Virginia’s 2021 "Save Women’s Sports Act". The next state attorney general will have to decide how hard to fight for this law at the Supreme Court level. WV Senator Mike Stuart is one of two GOP candidates.
