The Sam Page-Phil Berger race may go down in North Carolina history on multiple levels. It could lead to the ouster of Berger, who has led the State Senate for decades. At the end of Tuesday night, Page unofficially led Berger by only two votes, making it the tightest major North Carolina election in state history.
