from Club Seat Network · host Club Seat Network

A raucous crowd was in attendance at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to celebrate Oklahoma City Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander winning his second consecutive NBA Most Valuable Player award and to cheer on their beloved Thunder as they took on the San Antonio Spurs in Game 1 of the 2026 Western Conference Finals. In a double overtime thriller, the Spurs would win 122 to 115. Spurs center Victor Wembanyama scored 41 points to go along with 24 rebounds and three blocks. Also contributing to the Spurs victory, Dylan Harper scored 24 points, Stephon Castle finished with 17 points and Devin Vassell had 13 points. As for the Thunder, the leading scorer was guard Alex Caruso as he scored 31 points. Jalen Williams finished with 26 points. For most of the game, the reigning league MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander struggled to find his shot as he finished with 24 points and shot just seven for 23 from the field. Lu Dort and Chet Holmgren could not find their groove offensively as well. Dort scored only five points and Holmgren finished with just eight points.
