Matthew is the Head of Pathways at Wests Tigers, a role that sees the former Cricket Australia Coaching and Development Manager overseeing our club's pathways and junior development - taking youngsters and helping them achieve their NRL dreams. Appointed to the role a little over a year ago, Matthew has been implementing a number of changes in the way the club nurtures and develops young talent.
