He is the Principal of RayEA, LLC.  Mr. Ray has been involved with the Habitat Restoration and the Mitigation Banking industry since the late 1980s. He has worked all over the U.S. in varied ecosystems. He has restored mountain streams to coastal wetlands and many ecosystems in between. He has worked directly with 26 mitigation banks in 14 states.  He specializes in many types of endangered species surveys.
