It is important to remember though, even with all the fantastic powers and creations of humanity, we are beholden to nature and to the physics that govern it.  The planet doesn't care about what colour ribbon you're wearing, it cares about the PPM of CO2 in the air. This week on the show we are joined By Professor Kevin Anderson, Chair of  energy and climate change at the School of Mechanical, Aerospace and Civil Engineering (MACE) at the University of Manchester and a researcher for the Tyndall Center.
