So they can work from home because their particular job is fine at home. Can I stand next to you when you make a phone call?So I can be proud of you? Can you meet my supervisors? Can you meet my entire company? So at least you're not an independent, at least, even though you're virtual, you're still part of my culture. That is my only prerequisite.
