WTF does it look like to try and work from home with your kids and your childcare in the next room? Is this possible? Will a sitter/nanny work like this?  This is a major convo, especially after Covid, and we are happy to say that this week we have answers to the problem!  Going back to work can be tough anyway, but add a screaming infant and someone else caring for your kid in the next room?
