Virginia State Police have charged 24 year old Micah Allen Godfrey of Clifton Forge, in the Officer Involved Shooting that happened on December 8th. Court records reveal the man shot and killed by police during a shootout at Melrose Towers in northwest Roanoke earlier this month told a friend that he was getting even with people he believed had betrayed him.
