As passenger vehicles are made to higher standards they stay on the road longer. Triple-A Mid-Atlantic says that's a good thing for those who like to hold on to their cars - but there are some tradeoffs. Fraud is a concern for A-A-R-P Virginia, who says the commonwealth ranks 9th in Senior Scams.
