Police are searching for a 35-year-old Franklin County man accused of holding a woman against her will and forcing her to operate a prostitution house.  A Montgomery County jury has found 28-year-old Abraham Perez of Silver Spring guilty of voluntary manslaughter in the death of his 19-year-old brother-in-law, Diego Borja-Cardona.
