Frederick has a new police chief. Mayor Michael O’Connor has selected Kevin Meyer to lead the Frederick Police Department.  A grand jury in Winchester has indicted two Hagerstown men in connection with a shooting that injured a driver at a Sheetz last month.  Federal prosecutors say six current and former Metropolitan Police Department members are accused of fraudulently collecting overtime pay for hours they did not work.
