For the past thirteen years, Chris Farias has been a designer, illustrator, columnist and award-winning entrepreneur as VP, Creative Development and Partner at Kitestring. At his Hamilton-based advertising agency, he leads a vibrant team to create work that enriches their clients’ businesses and excites consumers. In addition to his work with Kitestring, Chris is an enthusiastic supporter of his community, and donates his time and expertise to a wide range of arts-based causes and not-for-profit organizations. He has been honored for his work as recipient of the Hamilton/Halton Forty Under40 Business achievement awards, and the 2014 Business for the Arts Arnold Edinborough Award, which is given for exemplary leadership and volunteerism in the arts. Chris is also a columnist for BIZ Magazine and Hamilton Business in the Hamilton Spectator, co-hosts the My Better Business Half podcast, a frequent guest lecturer, and is a past NAYDO (North American YMCA Development Organization) presenter.
