On this episode of Talking Buffalo, Patrick Moran is joined by longtime Buffalo Sabres pregame and postgame host Brian Koziol to discuss the Sabres, the most rewarding year of his WGR career and much more, recorded live at Imperial Pizza in South Buffalo. Brian's been at WGR since 2001 and has been doing the pregame and postgame shows since 2007-08. They talk about many of  those lean years and how negative the job could be when the team is perennially bad, specifically having to deal with often irate callers following games and seasons. However, things turned around seemingly overnight this past season and Brian not only got to host playoffs games, but into the second round for the first time in his career. They also spend plenty of time talking about the team, being happy with the season and ready to raise the bar for the future. How will they handle this offseason? Lots of options are on the table.
