It’s happening right before our eyes. And none of it should be surprising. Trump is indeed acting like a dictator, the wealthiest man on the planet, not elected by anyone, has declared war on federal civil servants, and Congress, charged in the Constitution with keeping a check on the presidency, has willingly abdicated that authority.
