In June 2011, Emily Rowe lost her husband Matthew Carney to a cardiac arrest, caused by his chemotherapy medication. In the tragic aftermath, Emily Rowe[ delivered a stunning eulogy, extolling Matt's philosophy of living in the present, and making the most of each moment. IN the period since, Emily became a grief coach in order to help other people overcome the pain of loss and sadness. For this episode, she talked about meeting Matt, falling in love, sharing a life, the loss, and the writing and delivery of this speech.
