What About Black On Black Crime Revisited: Are There Solutions?

For the #BLACKLIVESMATTER movement, the question of BLACK ON BLACK CRIME constantly gets thrown in their face. Some argue this is a distraction used to avoid addressing POLICE BRUTALITY; while others suggest until they deal with BLACK ON BLACK CRIME in the Black community, the movement itself is hypocritical.
