What are the most gambling addicted states?

Mississippi and Louisiana politicians have embraced gambling in their states and the results have been predictable and devastating. A lottery, widespread casinos, a lottery, they have it all. Sadly and unsurprisingly, Mississippi ranks as the 4th highest for gambling addiction and Louisiana is close behind at 5th highest. Alabama, is far lower at 39th.
