What are the top 3 most annoying things on a website

Jeff has been building websites since high school and pursuing entrepreneurship even younger than that, when he was young he sold lemonade and cookies to all the cyclists who passed his house. In high school he would buy candy bars and cracker jacks in bulk and sell them to his classmates. He studied computer science in college and now that he has founded his own agency, he helps small businesses establish themselves online. How to make sure your website isn't terrible. Annoying websites are a peeve of mine (random popups, long load times, missing menu items, too many fonts...) so I'm more than happy to talk about ways to improve anyone's website.
