What Are You Doing with Your Time?
from The Daily Note with James A. Brown
Seneca, the Roman philosopher, had some serious thoughts about life that you might want to hear. He wrote an essay called "On the Shortness of Life," and it’s either gonna comfort you or freak you out, depending on your mood. His big idea? Life isn’t actually short; we just waste a ton of it on stuff that doesn't matter. We all get the same amount of time, but we end up complaining about not having enough because we’re busy with distractions. I know I often think about what I need to stop doing after reading his work. What about you? How do you feel about this?
