What are you Thinking and Why It Matters to Your Health

from Biblical Nutrition Academy Podcast · host Annette Reeder

Have you ever asked yourself what you are thinking? And how does this affect your health? There is a saying that goes, "What you resists, persists." Perhaps you have been putting off eating healthy foods, or putting off exercising, or your goals of losing weight are only secondary. When you resist these things, you are definitely not going to reap the benefits that your body, mind and spirit deserve. This is why it is important that you start by examining what you are thinking and whether or not it is beneficial to you overall. Start to change your thoughts and make a conscious effort to work towards the things you have been constantly avoiding. These are what can help you attain the health and wellness you desire. I also encourage you to check out our 40 day physical and spiritual transformation course This course can walk you through the simple ways to be healthy both physically and spiritually. It has helped many people who have struggled with weight loss for decades and those who never thought they would be able to possibly lose the weight and regain the health they have lost. So, ask yourself – what are you thinking? Are your thoughts aligned to your health or are these holding you back from it? The choice is yours, and I hope that you will walk the path that leads towards health and life, the way God designed for you.
