The last 15 he has been working with National Young Life, mentoring and leading "leaders",   Tom spent 10 years as CEO of Leadership Network------ working with the top innovative churches in the country, and CEO of Halftime with Bob Buford.  Bob wrote  the book "Halftime, help men move from Success to Significance. During those 10 years, Tom had the opportunity to help coach men who wanted to do something "that mattered" during their second half of life. During this time, he has taught Men's Fraternity for five years with several hundred men.  Now Tom is the CEO of BetterMan, helping build this new ministry and rolling out the new curriculum that Robert Lewis wrote.
