Zack held many positions over his FBI and military career including directing instruction at the FBI Academy and was the senior executive over the FBI’s undercover program. In addition to offering consulting services through his company, Graystone 360, he’s a husband, a father of two adult children, has a dog, and is a volunteer with Fairfax County Schools. He earned his undergraduate degree at the United States Military Academy, West Point, and his Masters at Northeastern University, Boston.
