What Can You Do With Cash Flow? Answer: Anything You Want! (That's Why It's So Valuable)

That's why it's so valuable! We, in essence, work our entire lives for "cash flow." You have money in your 401K and you want to retire? Your 401K company will likely offer you an annuity. What is an annuity? You hand over a pile of money, they guarantee you a monthly check! See, cash flow! Do you live in the USA and are you waiting to collect Social Security? What is that? A monthly check. See, more cash flow. If you invest in true high yield dividend stocks that pay you weekly/monthly...what is that? See, yet even more cash flow! What if you learn how to sell simple option contracts by pushing buttons on your smart phone? What do cash secured puts/covered calls pay you? That's right, you guessed it...more cash flow!! We will all encounter unfair situations and obstacles in our pathway toward wealth. But we can find solutions to these situations/obstacles and then move past them. We can make money even in a market that is manipulated. Do three things to become wealthy (by simply pushing buttons on your smart phone and using your internet connection):  1) Buy Bitcoin. Don't ever sell it. When it increases in value by 10X, take loan against a small portion of it. 2) Buy/hold true high yield dividend stocks/ETF's/closed end funds.  These investments pay you WEEKLY/MONTHLY cash flow.  3) Sell cash secured puts/covered calls to increase your cash flow. I like MSTY, ULTY, OARK, OXLC, XDTE, QDTE, YMAG, YMAX, YBTC, and QQQI. If you're just starting out with investing, then do NOT start with the Magnificent 7 stocks (Google, Apple, Amazon, Meta, Nvidia, Microsoft, Broadcom). Check out the YouTube channel "Retire and Go." Rinsing/repeating your way to success may get boring. But there is power in repetition. And it won't be boring once you're wealthy and can do whatever you want, whenever you want. Use the FREE website, Stock Analysis dot com, to evaluate stocks/ETF's. Click on the dividend tab (link). Look at the yield, the dividend history, the dividend payout schedule (how often it pays). Build your cash flow pipeline. Poor people buy things, wealthly people buy/hold assets! We can collect dividends each week/month for simply rolling out of bed, and NOT being dead! Nothing is more passive. For long term growth stocks (the next 8 to 10 years) I like Tesla and MSTR.
