What changes need made?

The 2023 season ended with a dud for Ohio State and now there are serious questions that need to be answered. What changes will Ryan Day make to his coaching staff? What is the deal with some of the troubling rumors we have heard, such as the team only having light practices leading up to the Cotton Bowl and not even utilizing all of their practice time?Is there good news to report?
