What Could Have Been: Watchmen
from Breakdowns & Blockbusters Hosted by Breakdowns & Blockbusters
Dive into the unmade and cancelled versions of Watchmen that almost happened, including Terry Gilliam’s ambitious 1980s adaptation with Arnold Schwarzenegger as Doctor Manhattan, and a gritty, present-day take planned by Paul Greengrass with Tom Cruise as Ozymandias. This deep dive explores the original Watchmen scripts by Sam Hamm and David Hayter, scrapped endings, abandoned casting choices, and the behind-the-scenes chaos that eventually led to Zack Snyder’s controversial final film. ⏱️TIMESTAMPS⏱️ 0:00 Intro0:29 Sam Hamm's Version3:25 Terry Gilliam Version4:55 David Hayter's Version6:17 Paul Greengrass' Version8:20 What Went Wrong? 🔴 Subscribe for more videos just like this: https://shorturl.at/atCD9 #watchmen Breakdowns & Blockbusters is represented by Digital Fox Talent.
