What customer service on they did not get the memo

I had to share this with you because I don't have much money and when I do spend money I like to get value for my dollar and to be treated as a valued customer I ordered two rings I got one ring back nobody knows where the other ring is or what to do about it and that's when the problems started. these problems are becoming more and more common everyday for people who spend their hard-earned money and when they try to get customer service there is none if you can understand what they're saying as well this is just some food for thought
