What did Jesus mean by "there is none good"?

In the synoptic gospels (Matthew, Mark and Luke), we read of the encounter of Jesus and the rich young ruler. He calls Jesus "good master" and asked what could he do to gain eternal life. Jesus questioned him about calling Him "good" and told him that only God is "good".
