What Do We Do About Winter?

Most of us find winter to be too long, too cold and too dark! But when our Norwegian cousins came to visit, we learned some interesting things about they experience winter. Today we dive into to the concept of friluftsliv - meaning "free-air life" and we talk about different ideas of how we can incorporate this concept into our lives.
