What do we do with the big marble baby from the Eternals?(MCU)

Look, we all know the Eternals was the best film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to date, but it can be argued that maybe, perhaps, there was a misstep or two. Maybe! One thing they definitely left up in the air(not the Eternals who are left, they're in space, watch the movie) was the gigantic celestial baby that's stuck emerging from the earth.
