Picture yourself as a solo traveler returning home from a foreign land, unable to move without your wheelchair - a piece of essential equipment left behind by the flight attendants. That's the challenging predicament Jana found herself in after a trip to Costa Rica - a paraplegic stranded in the jetway with no way to navigate through customs.
