What do you find comfort in? Is it healthy or destructive? Is it helping or hurting you? Is it solving the problem or prolonging the problem? Start paying attention to your behavior(s), and start asking yourself why. Until you begin to learn exactly how you respond to different situations then you will continue to repeat the cycle. So come on...let's break the cycle and become the very best version of ourselves! Be Bold. Be Brave. Be You. Shine Your Light.
