What Do You Wear to Work? - Thoughts from Kevin

from The Remarkable Leadership Podcast

As long as I've been in the workplace, there's always been a conversation about the dress code. In fact, when I first started working for Chevron, I was handed a copy of "Dress for Success" as part of the onboarding process. Since then, the conversation has moved from "Casual Friday"…to casual every day…to the day when everyone was sent home to work and the dress code as we knew it changed significantly. Now before you think this post and this video is about fashion, let me reassure you, it's not. Instead, in this episode, I'm talking about how what we choose to wear has some pretty big implications far beyond what style of clothing is our favorite. Tweet it out: Your choice of what to wear to work (even when at home) may have more implications than you realize for yourself and how you are perceived by others. @KevinEikenberry From This Episode: Learn more about and get a copy of The Long-Distance Teammate here.
