TRANSCRIPT · AUTO-GENERATED

Good morning everyone. Today is January 5th, 2021. So I came to do my affirmation, morning, one of my morning rituals. This is something that I think I put it on my back burner.

I thought, let me do this, you know, after I do my morning, you know, this is my memory mask. So there's some religious, you know, thing that where I watch the videos and, you know, play and all that stuff. So I said, let me come and do my affirmation. After I did the affirmation, I had a very strong desire to share the contents of the affirmation with my listeners.

Why was it so? I was wondering why is it's why is why is there a need? Because as I'm evolving now in my coaching business, where I coach people and I also make sure that I coach myself because what I learned, I try to put it in practice to myself, I said, why do I feel like sharing this with my listeners today? Number one is I realize that there are certain habits that we build, which helps us in moving through our challenges, especially when we have mental clutter and emotional clutter, right?

But then we do take detour in our life, because for example, like morning, my morning was dedicated to, you know, this 20 days, for my memory, my mother, my son, it was dedicated to something else. So I had put this and thing. But then this affirmation was actually helping me to actually keep me focused on a different aspect on a different, which is, you know, doing this play a word first in the morning. But at the same time, there was a part of my which was pulling me towards affirmation.

So I said, okay, let me do it. I did not have intention of doing a podcast episode. But then after finishing it, there is a part of me which says I should share it's as simple as that. Now, what I'm going to do is I'm going to share with you because that's what my infinite intelligence or my true self is talking to me and saying that just please share with your listeners.

By the way, I also found that a lot of my listeners have responded and said that your affirmation on general aliveness enrichment is so good. It really helped me in thinking differently and moving and, you know, doing certain things differently in my day to day life. I got that was brilliant. Okay.

So that is another reason why I feel like contributing to my listeners and I want to give this away. Let's now go straight into my lovely Louisa's book, Meditations to Read Your Life. The affirmation is not giving and receiving. So I'm going to read it aloud for you.

And as you listen, please, please look for what, which sentence jumped at you and start asking yourself, why did you jump at me? Why? Why am I so reactive to this particular sentence? Just have some fun with it.

Okay. I jointly give to life and life lovingly gives to me. I give and receive gifts graciously. Appreciation and acceptance act like powerful magnets for miracles every moment of the day.

If somebody compliments me, I smile and I say, thank you. Compliments are gifts of prosperity. I have learned to accept them graciously. Today is a sacred gift from life.

I open my arms wide to receive the full measure of prosperity that the universe offers this day. Any time of the day or night, I can let it in. I know there are times in life when the universe gives to me and I'm not in a position to do anything about giving back. I can think of many people who really helped me so much at a time when there was no way I could ever repay them later.

I've been able to help others. And that's the way life goes. I relax and rejoice and the abundance in the abundance that is here now. Wow.

So when I read this, you know what jumped for me? Compliments are gifts of prosperity. So how many times how many times somebody have become a cross situation where either let's say let's take the situation one where somebody compliments us. Hey, you know, you look beautiful or maybe your outfit is very nice, something like that.

And then we just shun it and we don't say thank you or really or something like that. We don't say it. But imagine if compliments just let's say if compliments are gifts of prosperity and somebody compliments us and we just shun it away. Okay.

What are we saying to ourselves? Forget about others. We're saying that, Hey, I'm not ready to be prosperous. Now, prosperous here may not mean having million of million, multi million dollars or something.

It's not it is just the feeling of fullness. It is just the feeling of abundance in every cell of your body. And when you feel that way, you feel healthy, when you feel healthy, you feel exuberant. And when you feel exuberant, that means you're ready to do your the next next task, what you want to do, you're doing with complete inspiration, it could be anything.

It could be writing an article for a publication. It could be just cleaning the bathroom. It could be vacuuming. It could be just attending the phone call from your children.

It could be maybe cleaning or basement, whatever. So, for me, that's what jumped up. So I'm now committing to myself, Hey, if somebody compliments me, even if it's going to be my children, my husband, maybe if it's come, come, come across a sarcastic sometimes, because when it comes to your own, you know, your spouse and children, you sometimes you think it is, Oh my God, they are sarcastic. They're making fun of me, right?

I've been there. So if they're complimenting me, so why would I deny my prosperity? So I'm just giving myself permission to allow compliments to flow through me and make me feel abundant. How about you?

So this is, I never expected that I would record an episode today. This is a solo episode in January, I mean, in 2021, first my first solo episode in 2021. With that said, I request that you listen to this affirmation once again and see what jump for you. That means that you're working on that aspect.

And if you are listening from any, any, I'm not sure which platform you're listening to, please feel free to subscribe and also send me your insight to your action step so that, and if any question so that if I can, I can help you in recording future episodes covering those topics. Thank you so much. And you have a fantastic day. Bye bye for now.
