Please find below links to a variety of resources that have helped me and my own natural movement explorations, amongst which I hope you find things of interest and value to you. This is by no means a definitive list, but are all ones that I’ve found useful over time. I’m more than happy for you to reach out if you have any questions and feel free to share all these with anyone who may be interested. More about MovNat If you are interested in learning more about MovNat and particularly MovNat in schools, there are three different resources attached; the first is an overview diagram of where to go to learn more about MovNat, the second is more specifically about the MovNat in school course which we hope to bring to the UK soon (or make available online) and the third attachment has a few introductory movements you can play with, including links to video demonstrations. MovNat has a centre in the UK at the Deenway Montessori School in Reading, you can find out more here: Movnat Fitness Centre The main MovNat website is also a great resource with plenty of free videos and interesting blogs/articles: Home - MovNat: Natural Movement Fitness so this is a good starting point: Introducing MovNat Adaptive Practice Sessions - MovNat: Natural Movement Fitness as is their YouTube site: MovNat - YouTube look at the Playlist for their Movement Library.
