What Does it Mean to Worship God?

 - Matthew 22:37-40, “And He said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the great and foremost commandment. The second is like it, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets’" Did you know that everyone was created to worship? Yes, even those who would not consider themselves religious, worship something or someone. Worship is ascribing worth to something or someone. It is what you devote your time, your devotion, your affection, your finances, your heart to. If you allow yourself to really reflect on this, you will know in your heart what you worship. As humans, we were created to worship God, but after sin came into the world, we started to worship everything but God.
