What Does It Mean...When Your Phoenix Rides a Pogo Stick? Two decades ago, several decisions happened which changed my life forever. Phase 1: Cannonball into the fiery ashes. Phase 2: Launch back out to new heights. Annnnnnd....REPEAT! See, Hollywood has been misleading us for decades. Real life is NOT like the movies. We don't struggle, fall...and then gloriously rise with one flap of our Phoenix wings with the clouds parting while a heavenly host of angels sings a glorious rendition of the Hallelujah Chorus. Nope. In Real Life...wise rise up and fall down. It can (and probably will) happen over and over again. But that's okay (in my opinion)...as long as we do our best to bounce back higher every time.
