Rather than focusing on Pad Suites success of scaling from 45 listings to 115, we talk about what it really takes to succeed. We explore that it isn’t an easy path, or a rosy one. Actually, for Hayley, the first year of working was non-stop without a break.  Hayley started in the short-term rental space three years ago, and at the time, the business only had 45 listings.
