Susan is a Bronx- born New Yorker who now lives in Manhattan and Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She received a BS in Ed. and a MS in Reading from CCNY and taught in the NYC public schools as an elementary reading and writing teacher for 44 years. She is married for 54 years (Aug., 2020) and has 2 daughters, 2 sons-in-law and 4 grandsons. Susan started running in 1980; first marathon in November, 1992. Since then she has completed 56 marathons: 23 New York City, NY; 7 Boston, MA; 17 other US states; 2 Canadian and 6 European.
