If sitting and meditating frustrates you the way it frustrates me - go for a walk with your favorite music playing through your headphones and maybe the incessant thoughts careening around your mind will start to settle a bit. Long story short - find what makes your mind happy and healthy.Alright, that’s it for this week. Until next time, we wish you STRENGTH and GOOD HEALTH.Want more content?
