WHAT DOES LETTING GO LOOK LIKE: #301

What is letting go and what does it look like when you think of it??  Does it look like pain and suffering .. and a long drawn out process that may never reach it's conclusion...  Does it look like freedom... happiness .. peace and connection ... These both describe what many people imagine and experience what letting go means to them ..   The truth for myself I believe comes down to allowing and trusting the moment in all of it's forms experiences and energy ... or resisting the moment ... or "being present in a previous or future moment while your physical body is in the actual moment in time in this life or reality..    There are story as to why it will be hard to let go... what we will need to do or go through...  But on the other side of all of those stories... and on the other side of letting that energy purge .. Is the allowing and trusting of the moment you are physically in.. and we honor that moment by allowing our full state of conscious awareness and attention .. to be there with the physical body in the same moment ...
