What does NuLu need?

Louisville's NuLu neighborhood has come a long way in the last decade or so. But what does it need now?We talked about that on this week's Access Louisville podcast.Our panel got to thinking about NuLu needs after a nearby structure, the Joe Ley Antiques building, recently got a new owner. We came up with a few different suggestions: Condos, a movie theater, a grocery store and so on.
