What does the Mool Mantar mean? The Essence of Sikhism

The Mool Mantar is the foundation of Sikhi (Sikhism). Mool, literally means root; the Mool Mantar describes the root of all existence and the qualities of that One that created everything. It describes what you are at your core (your soul) and what you have the potential to experience.
