TW: Discussions on mental health and trauma Welcome back to The Redeemed Podcast. Wellbeing is a multidimensional yet fundamental aspect of our lives as human beings. In this episode we share what wellbeing looks like to us personally, discovering the different factors that contribute to an overall sense of wellbeing. Join us as we do a lot of unpacking and reflection, revealing which specific area of wellbeing is essential to each of us. We know that God created us to live an abundant and well-balanced life and in this episode we are reminded, through the Bible and our own experience, that seeking His kingdom first and keeping Him at the centre of all we do is the cheat code to achieving a sense of wellbeing that is true and lasting. This is a more serious and personal topic but in true redeemed-podcast-fashion there are a lot of laughs and maybe an altar call? So fasten your seat belts because its going to be a bumpy ride!  Don't forget to check out our socials: Twitter: @theredeemedpod Instagram: @theredeemedpodcast TikTok: @theredeemedpodcast
