    Reflections and Resolutions

Welcome back to the Redeemed Podcast. It’s the end of the year and the end of the season  so we thought we’d wrap up season 2 with a look back at 2022. We dug out our journals and revisited the first page to see what our January selves were hoping to get out of the year. It’s definitely been a year of growth and self discovery and we share some of the lessons we’ve learned in 2022. Sometimes life does not stick to the script we write for it. We look at how we grapple with making plans and trusting God's timing. Thank you so much to everyone who tuned in for Season 2. We wish you all a happy new year and pray that 2023 is filled with blessings and favour. We’ll be back in the new year but until then be sure to check out our socials for some holiday content! What does Wellbeing look like to Us?

TW: Discussions on mental health and trauma Welcome back to The Redeemed Podcast. Wellbeing is a multidimensional yet fundamental aspect of our lives as human beings. In this episode we share what wellbeing looks like to us personally, discovering the different factors that contribute to an overall sense of wellbeing. Join us as we do a lot of unpacking and reflection, revealing which specific area of wellbeing is essential to each of us. We know that God created us to live an abundant and well-balanced life and in this episode we are reminded, through the Bible and our own experience, that seeking His kingdom first and keeping Him at the centre of all we do is the cheat code to achieving a sense of wellbeing that is true and lasting. This is a more serious and personal topic but in true redeemed-podcast-fashion there are a lot of laughs and maybe an altar call? So fasten your seat belts because its going to be a bumpy ride!  Don't forget to check out our socials: Twitter: @theredeemedpod Instagram: @theredeemedpodcast TikTok: @theredeemedpodcast
