Andreas was also in both of Vinnie's "FAT" documentaries. Vinnie and Andreas talk about the evolution of keto and debunking myths about it. (9:00) They also discuss various challenges of veganism, and how both keto and veganism have a "religious" following. They turn the conversation to the topic of satiety (feeling full or satisfied). (21:00) What contributes to satiety and what hinders feeling full? Processed foods and even certain other food combinations can drive cravings and cause people to eat more. The book "Salt Sugar Fat", by Michael Moss is a good book that describes how food manufacturers formulate food for profits.
