What Easter Really Means – Hope, Forgiveness & Victory

Episode Description: This Easter week, I’m sharing what I taught our boys here at Beacon of Hope Africa about Holy Week—from Palm Sunday to Resurrection Sunday. We talk about how Jesus didn’t come just to fix our problems but to save our hearts, how He chose forgiveness even in pain, and what it means that the curtain in the temple was torn. This episode walks through the timeline of Holy Week, the power of the cross, and the hope we have because Jesus rose again. We also reflect on the Lord’s Supper, the silence of Saturday, and the gift of the Holy Spirit. Most of all, I pray this reminds you that Jesus’ sacrifice made a way for you to have direct relationship with God—and His resurrection gives us victory and hope, no matter what we face. 📖 Scriptures Read in This Episode: Matthew 21:9 – “Hosanna to the Son of David! The earth shook, the rocks split.” 1 Peter 1:3 – “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In His great mercy He has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” John 14:16–17 – “And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever—the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept Him, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him.
