What Entrepreneurs Can Learn From Big Business

As entrepreneurs, we sometimes get caught in the trap of thinking that we can only learn from other entrepreneurs.  This is not true.  There are many people and businesses that you can and should learn from, including big business.  This is not an "us" v. "them" game.  Every big business at one point in time was a small business. And most CEO's have had some if not many entrepreneurial ventures or experiences.  But most importantly, big businesses usually understand process, systems and organizational structures much better than small businesses.  They live it, breathe it and implement it each and every day.  Tune in as we discuss what entrepreneurs can learn from big business and vice versa.
