What even is a Sackabilly?!

Nevertheless the sackabilly is one of Louisiana's boogeymen that deserves to be more well known! is he a man, a goblin, or just a breeze in the wind that snatches up children throughout not only the swamps and forrests of Louisiana but also Portugal, Spain, Mexico, and India!
