What Even IS An Agency Model Business?!

Welcome to the introductory episode to a new series I am starting called, “So You Want To Build An Agency?” where I will be interviewing agency owners who have either completed or are current students of my program Agency Thrivemind! You’ve probably heard me talk about agency model businesses in the past. In fact, you might even already know that I own one myself! My agency model business is called The Launch Guild, which includes a team of 25 contractors, full-time employees, and part-time employees!
